HOW DO I REQUEST THE WORDS TO THE POEMS?

In an effort to protect my copyright material from the problem of plagiarism, 
I do not publish all of the poems onto my website. 

The words to my poems are made available in the following ways.

1. Call me to have the poem read to you. I can be reached at: 610-670-7036

2. Email me a request to have the first few lines to be sent to you. I will be happy
to send you the first few lines, as a sample, so you know the jist of the poem. 

3. Placing an order for the poetry product you want. In the event the poem is not 
suitable for your needs, credit information will not be entered by me into the 
credit processor and no charges will ever be applied. If paying by Paypal, you will be 
issued a Paypal Refund.

4. There are several sections on my website where many of the poems are published in full. Be sure to click the following links to read what is available this month:

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?  

For your convenience, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover are accepted on our secure checkout. You may also pay through PayPal if you wish. Checks and Money Orders also accepted but order will not be processed until payment is cleared.

HOW FAST CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED?  

The time schedule listed below begins once payment clears, and does not include postal delivery time.

Order early for any holiday needs. September through December is an especially busy time of year with show obligations and special orders. 

Poetry Cards or Magnets: 2 business days. Allow additional time for bulk orders.

Cloth Poetry Angles: 7-10 business days. Allow additional time for bulk orders orders.

Custom Poetry: Up to 2 weeks. Additional time needed for any re-writes

CAN ITEMS BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA? 

Yes! Postage amounts will vary, so please inquire before placing your order. Additional time will be needed for postal delivery.

ARE DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS AVAILABLE?  

Poetry cards can be ordered in bulk for a discounted rate. Poetry cards must be ordered in lots of one dozen or more of the same poetry card to qualify. Email me for pricing.... PoetryByHardy@aol.com

RETURN POLICY:  

Quality workmanship is guaranteed. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival. Replacements will be honored if you contact me within 14 days after arrival of item. Item must be returned before replacement can be sent. No refunds. Replacements only.
